01. How Do I Get You the Video File for My Video Brochure?
Video files are usually too large to transfer through traditional email or uploads. Once you’ve placed your order with us, a project manager will contact you to arrange the transfer of your video file via WeTransfer or other file-sharing services.
02. How Many Minutes of Playtime Can I Add to a Video Brochure?
The length of your video will depend on the resolution, frame rate, and bit rates. The available memory decides whether your video fits a particular memory chip size. A video duration chart is available to help you understand size limits in more detail.
03. Can I Upload the Videos for the Video Brochure?
Here is how to upload your video:
- Plug the supplied USB to USB-C cord into the video brochure.
- Plug the USB cord into your computer or adaptor.
- The video brochure will launch as an external hard drive.
- Locate the test video on the video brochure and delete it.
- Be sure to empty your trash to free up space.
- Drag your new video into the same file location where the test video was.
- Eject the video brochure as you would with an external hard drive.
- Play your video on the video brochure to test playback quality.
04. What is the Difference Between Quick Turnaround and Value Option Video Brochures?
Quick Turnaround Video Brochures are ready in as few as seven business days. The production process for our Value Option Video brochures typically takes 4–5 weeks.
05. Why Do Value Option Video Brochures Take Longer to Produce?
Value Option Video Brochures are custom-made and built to fit your needs. You can choose your screen size, the memory capacity, the look and feel of your video brochure, and the number of control buttons. You can also add enhancements like foil, embossing, debossing, spot treatment, insert pages, and pockets.

Yes, you can order with bulk shipping to deliver to a single or multiple delivery addresses. This solution is perfect for conferences, in-person events, product launches, kit fulfillments, or internal company communications.
07. Can You Upload Several Different Videos?
Including more than one video in your video brochure is possible, but it depends on the chip's available memory size. We recommend contacting us using our custom quote or contact form for custom orders.
