Video files are usually too large to transfer through traditional email or uploads. Once you’ve placed your order with us, a project manager will contact you to arrange the transfer of your video file via WeTransfer or other file-sharing services.

The length of your video will depend on the resolution, frame rate, and bit rates. The available memory decides whether your video fits a particular memory chip size. A video duration chart is available to help you understand size limits in more detail.

Here is how to upload your video:

1. Plug the supplied USB to USB-C cord into the video brochure.
2. Plug the USB cord into your computer or adaptor.
3. The video brochure will launch as an external hard drive.
4. Locate the test video on the video brochure and delete it.
5. Be sure to empty your trash to free up space.
6. Drag your new video into the same file location where the test video was.
7. Eject the video brochure as you would with an external hard drive.
8. Play your video on the video brochure to test playback quality.
